Obituary for Yoneko Kobata

KOBATA, YONE (103) passed away on February 1, 2016 in Gardena.  She is predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law, Bette and Yoshio Iwamasa and survived by her son, J. (Mariko) Kobata; grandsons, Greg (Denise), Gary and Wayne (Jocelyn) Iwamasa of Honolulu, HI; great grandchildren, Jimmy, Nicole and Matthew Iwamasa; sister-in-law, Asayo Hiraizumi;  also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 10:00AM at Evergreen Cemetery, 204 N. Evergreen Ave, LA with Pastor Rodney Tanaka from Gardena Valley Baptist Church officiating.  Family requests casual attire. (213) 749-1449 www.kubotanikkeimortuary.com
