Obituary for Akemi Hatakeyama

HATAKEYAMA, AKEMI (63) passed away on August 21, 2016 in Santa Barbara, CA.  She is survived by her husband, Kris Hatakeyama; children, James (Charliese) Waldroup, Emi and Kenji Hatakeyama; granddaughters, Davis, Mia and Neela Waldroup; also survived by father, sisters, nieces, nephews and other relatives in the U.S. and Japan.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Oxnard Buddhist Temple.
