Obituary for Rev John Doami

(81) passed away peacefully on August 16, 2017 in Cerritos. He is survived by his wife, Koko Doami; sons, David (Kim) and Daryl (Lily) Doami; four grandchildren; brother, Junji (Pat) Doami of Alameda, CA; and many nieces and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at 3:00PM at the Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim, CA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in honor of his memory to the Institute of Buddhist Studies, Ministerial Student Scholarship.
