Obituary for Ben Tsutomu Uchiyama

 

UCHIYAMA, BEN TSUTOMU (80), passed away on May 7, 2011 in Monterey Park.  He is survived by his wife, Eiko Uchiyama; children, Dr. Christopher (Dr. Tissa Hata) Uchiyama of San Diego, CA and Betty (Philip) Teramoto; grandchildren, Darren, Erin Teramoto and Lauren, Brian Uchiyama; siblings, Takashi (Keiko) Uchiyama, Taeko (Toshiro) Kaneko, Tsuneko (Toshio) Osaki and Machiko Morita; all of brothers-in-law and sister-in-law in Japan; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in U.S. and Japan.

 

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at LA Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E 1st St, LA

 

Note: Flower orders for Ben Tsutomu Uchiyama must have been made at least 48 hours before the service time.
