From Henry Wong-YB.To the family and relatives he left behind and meant so much to, I am saddened by this sudden loss. He taught me so much as a mentor. He said to me in ’69 @ Manzanaar to leave the area untouched so as to let no one know you were there. Good memories with his motorcycle when he gave me a ride to Cincip, that’s backwards for picnic and his brief stint with L A City Fire. I am lucky to have known him.

My condolences to Victor’s family. I haven’t seen Victor since the life and times of the YB. He was a good man and I’m sure he’s smiling down at everyone right now.

Rest in Peace, Victor.

As you have passed on to join my brother Guy, I am glad he connected me to you as one of my elder brothers in the community to look up to, know you were there always looking after us, and to forever see as role models. Rest in Peace.
