Obituary for Sherman Saburo Takata

SHERMAN, TAKATA SABURO 

A funeral service for Sherman Saburo Takata, 86 year-old, Veteran of Korean War, Oakland, CA born Nisei, who passed away on September 9, 2012 in Long Beach, will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. Harumitsu Inouye from Shinnyo-en USA Los Angeles officiating.

 

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Takata; sisters-in-law, Jane Hoshino and Hazel Yanagida; brother-in-law, David Watada; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in US and Japan.
