Obituary for Peter Carrara

CARRARA, Peter (41), of Long Beach, CA at rest on July 29, 2013. Beloved son of Silvio (Jesse) Carrara of Gardena, CA and Roseanne (Phillip) Aulino Milazzo of Jeffersonville, PA; brother of Roseanne (Blaise Moritz) Carrara of Toronto, Canada; step-brother of Ryan (Erin) Alfonso and Kristen (Jeff) Alfonso Lee. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Born in Passaic, NJ, he was a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and Irvine High School in Irvine, CA. Before being disabled by an accident, Peter worked as a technical recruiter for Hotjobs.com, Tier Technologies, and Robert Quinn Associates.

 
A funeral Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church, 415 Vincent Street, Redondo Beach, at 10:00AM on Tuesday, August 13. In lieu of flowers, donations to Pitch In for Baseball, 1541 Gehman Road, Harleysville, PA 19438 (pitchinforbaseball.org) or The Maddie James Foundation, P.O. Box 2322, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624 (maddiejamesfoundation.org) would be appreciated.
