Obituary for Hitoshi James Ozawa

HITOSHI JAMES OZAWA

 A memorial service to celebrate the life of Hitoshi James Ozawa, 91 year-old, Glendale, CA born Nisei, WWII Veteran, resident of La Palma for 62 years, who passed away on March 15, 2014 in Los Alamitos will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 10:00AM at Anaheim Free Methodist Church, 1001 Mayflower St., Anaheim.  Golf attire welcomed.

 He is survived by his children, Steve (Pamela) Ozawa, Sandra (Tom) Matsui, and Norman (Christine) Ozawa; grandchildren, Matthew (Elise) and Megan Ozawa, Wesley Matsui, Kimberly (Ryan) Ito and Bryan Ozawa; great-grandchildren, Kylie Rosero-Ozawa, Ashlyn and Kendall Ozawa; sisters-in-law, Sayoko Ozawa, Miyo Mitani, and Michiko Kitaura; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

My dad Ray Michihira has golfed with Jimmy for
the past 30 years. My nephew Lance Michihira
played basketball with Wesley at OCO.
Everyone will miss him- but now he is with Rose.

I am going to miss Mr. Ozawa dearly know that Mr. Ozawa was very loved. Mr. Ozawa brought a smile to my face no matter how bad of a day I was having.
