Obituary for Carolyn Aki Shinzato
SHINZATO, Carolyn Aki (79) passed away on June 28, 2014 in Harbor City. She is survived by her husband, Kazuo Shinzato; children, Vicki (Dr. Paul) Shinto, Miles (Leti) Yokota, Robin (Mark) Wittenberg of San Diego, CA, John (Helery) Shinzato of San Ramon, CA; siblings, Erni (Jun) Arai of Honolulu, HI and Steven (Leslie) Kodama of Berkeley, CA; grandchildren, Lauren (Dr. Ziad) Dahdul, Todd and Hunter Shinto, Brett, Michelle, Jennifer Yokota, Tyler and Ryan Wittenberg both of San Diego, CA, and Kendall Shinzato of San Ramon, CA; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 11:00AM at Cerritos Baptist Church, 11947 Del Amo Blvd., Cerritos. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
